Blue Key World Cable Clips

I received a chance to try the Blue Key World Cable Clips in return of my honest opinion. I don't know about you, but I am always untangling wires behind my TV, behind my son's PlayStation , behind my desk, well about every where. I really had to give these a  try.

The clips are packaged with six rubber clips. The package was very easy to open and remove them.

Each clip is about two inches across. With the way the clip is formed you are able to use a variety of thickness wires, and still they remain in place not falling out.

The back of the clip is an easy to peel sticker type that will stick to a variety of surfaces, not leaving a sticky residue.

I had several places I needed to use these, but I came up with an idea. I had a small strand of lights I wanted to put around my deck. These made the job easy, quick, and worked like a charm.

I know I am going to have to order many more of these, and I am sure if you give them a try you will too. To order and try them out head over to Amazon and order them here , right now they are on sale for  $8.95 a package of six.

Egg Noodles Recipe

It's that time of year again where we start planning our holiday menus. At ours noodles is one of the must have on our table for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. What I really like about these, you freeze them to store. That means you can make ahead and a quantity to use all year around .

Ingredients
5 egg yolks
2 eggs
2-3 C. flour

In a bowl separate your 5 egg yolks and add your 2 eggs. Mix with a fork till fully mixed and beated.

In a mixing bowl put your 2C. flour

Make a little valley in your flour and put your eggs. You then mix and knead till completely mixed. If something happens and it becomes too dry add very small amount of water. If too sticky add little more flour, just remember when rolling it will be added with flour.

I then take any old sheet, spread on table. Spread flour on it to prevent sticking, separate dough into two balls and rotate them on the sheet to cover with flour.

Then roll the two balls out flat and as then as you can. Let them dry half way, you want them so they won't break when you cut them . Time will vary depending on temperature.

I use a pizza cutter and cut each one in half. Then keep cutting half till about 4-5" wife, unless you prefer your noodles longer. Then stack each one on top of each other.

Then without force cut in strips .I  like thin noodles, so again this is your preference. Do the other rolled dough the same , separate noodles, and let them completely dry. Put in freezer bag and freeze till ready to cook.

To cook boil 6-8 C. broth. I make my own broth by cooking off turkey necks in water, deboning bones, and removing the bone. You can buy store bought though .

When broth is boiling add all noodles at once stirring at same time. Reduce heat to medium and cook 8-9 minutes once it returns to a boil. Season to your preference.

OTHWAY Bathtub Mat

Topsky Slip Resistant Rubber OTHWAY Bathtub Mat.

I was chosen to review this mat in cream white, you have a choice between cream white or beige. To me the cream white is just a tad off of white, which is my preference for a bathmat.

Immediately I was very pleased with the packaging. It was protected in a plastic package rolled. I will admit I was hoping since it was rolled that it would lay flat after opening. I found after removing the package, that it did indeed lay flat without wanting to roll back.

The top of the mat has a design that is comfortable to the feel. The design forms a traction prevents slipping when you step into the wet tub. This would be highly recommended for especially elderly and children to prevent them from falling and getting hurt.

When you turn it over you notice the suction cups at equal size and spacing of   about an inch. There are plenty of cups to help hold the mat down. The cups size makes a suction to hold the mat into place.

When I laid out the mat it measured to be exactly as described 27.6" X 13.8". This size will fit into any size bathtub.

I recommend after every use to hang up to dry. While the mat is made to not cause mold or bacteria some cleaning is a must. I just take my normal spray bathtub cleaner, spray, wipe both sides and hang. I then hang over a towel rack for the next use.

Renees Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 pound cooked and cooled elbow macaroni
6 hard boiled eggs diced  (see my note at bottom)

16 oz Kosher Baby Deals chopped up
8 oz block Sharp Cheddar Cheese chopped up
1 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1 can Evaporated Milk
3 T. Mustard
2 T. Fresh Lemon
1 T. Hot Sauce
3/4 t. Worcester Sauce
1/2 C. Vinegar
3/4 t. Garlic powder
3/4 t. Onion powder  (Can dice small  onion instead of you like. I was out this time)
3/4 C. Sugar
1 diced rib celery  (If you like or can leave out)

Cook the macaroni and eggs while you are preparing the pickles, cheese, and if you are adding celery and onions. I love my Ninja for doing the pickles and  onions.
Mix all of last ingredients while macaroni and eggs are cooling. Add cooled macaroni and stir good. Dice eggs, add and stir good.
I recommend to refrigerate overnight. Don't worry if it looks a little runny, it won't when you stir before serving. Stir and then serve.

***NOTE***
Hate peeling eggs? After you add water to  boil add lots of salt. You can't get too much just pour. Boil the eggs normal. When they are done drain hot water, swirl the pan to crack the eggs a few times. Immediately run cold water on them or put in ice water till cool. Shell will come off easily when you peel.
